-Came packaged well, no damage upon arrival-Easy to assemble, no issues with hardware or instructions-Wood looks great and so far has been holding up well-This is my 2nd piece from same line of furniture, consistent experience!When I received the Novogratz turntable stand I was a bit dismayed to see the box had one of the corners caved in, presumably because someone dropped it. I was immediately concerned my turntable stand was damaged or destroyed during shipping. After opening the box I was somewhat relieved that only a corner of the back panel was broken (not even visible when assembled). Luckily, I could still assemble my stand and use it. Assembly was easy and straightforward. If you've ever put together anything from Ikea, you've already got the gist. The stand itself is pretty sturdy, not too heavy, and coordinates well with my decor. The drawer opens fairly easily, but it could stand to open a bit more smoothly. That being said, it perfectly fits the space. It holds plenty of LPs and 45s. I can store my wireless headphones in the drawer. All in all, the stand meets my needs. Unfortunately, getting a replacement back panel hasn't been very good. Customer service was friendly and attentive and they were very helpful in identifying the model and part number. I received a confirmation email indicating my new back panel had been ordered. However, after two weeks there was no additional communication, so naturally I was curious what had happened to my order. I called customer service to find out my replacement part is still in the warehouse! It hadn't been shipped yet; no indication when it would be shipped. Customer service did mention that it might take one to two weeks for it to get to me once it is shipped (whenever that will be). Luckily, it was only a corner of the back panel that was damaged, so it's not visible (and I get to use the stand). Ultimately, it's a decent stand that looks pretty good. Just pray yours doesn't arrive damaged because it likely won't get fixed in a timely manner.The Brittany Tall Dresser is a lot less durable than the other pieces I ordered in this collection. The back is thin cardboard. Be prepared for a HEAVY shipment. It weighs over 138 lbs. Everything except the legs is thin particle board with a thin veneer. It's a real shame but this piece is a miss with me. Stick to the plant stand, the turntable/vinyl rack, and the TV/entertainment stand. The style is so attractive and fit perfectly into my 40s home but the quality in the larger pieces is poor.I bought a simple record player for my partner last Christmas. The problem was we were in a rental awaiting our new home completion so we didn't really have space or proper place to put the record player to put it to use. After a few months and finally moving in I though a nice surprise would be to find a simple but elegant stand for the record player. This hit the mark! It is a nice piece of furniture and feels solid and substantial. The assembly is easy for someone that likes puzzles and is accustomed to visualizing end products. Everything you need is included and the instructions are pretty clear, but it isn't for the faint of heart for those that don't like assembling things or reading instructions. I definitely recommend the unit for those that need a nice stand that doesn't take too much space and that fits well with mid-century contemporary spaces.My pieces weren't labeled so when I went to put it together I just tried to figure out what went where because of the picture. The first attempt was all wrong but I could see what I did wrong on the second attempt. This is relatively easy to put together without instructions but holding everything while putting together by myself was a little tough.Very cute but shorter than expected. Wish there was a little more space between tiers.My only real issue with this piece is the little stickers that cover the screws on the interior were just laughably the wrong color, like 3 shades too light. Now personally I never use these things, I think they're just ugly anyway, but come on guys. Also I felt the instructions could have been SLIGHTLY clearer.The assembly was a nightmare. Would not have bought it had I known it would take my very handy husband about 4 hours to assemble. Instructions not clear enough. Nice and sturdy, looks great.Pretty simple assembly if you’ve assembled a lot of things before! Took about an hour. The holes for the drawer brackets are not in the right spot. I’d recommend measuring it out and drilling your own.My drawer does not close smoothly because I used the pre-drilled holes and is a little crooked.I’m annoyed with it but also I’m easily pleased so it’ll do.
